In God's grace, opening our doors and reaching out to bring
God's love, peace and joy to all.

We warmly welcome you to Drumoak-Durris Church and invite you to explore further our website. As a Church we believe it's people who matter, how we relate to God and how we relate to one another, and so our hope and our prayer is that beyond looking at our website, you will be encouraged to come along and visit us.

Drumoak-Durris Parish lies in Royal Deeside between Aberdeen and Banchory and is centred around the two villages of Drumoak and Durris located either side of the River Dee.

Wateraid "Jars Of Change" Appeal

For Lent we have been filling jars with money to give to Wateraid in their 'Jars of Change' Lent 2020 appeal.  This money was due to be collected in on Easter Sunday. Due to our current situation this cannot now happen.

Instead though folk can send a cheque for the money to Marion McNeil or put it into the letterbox of her door (in a clearly marked envelope). If you have collected cash, this can also go into a marked envelop through her letterbox.  Once the money is all gathered in and counted, a cheque will be sent to Wateraid.

Following a meeting of the Business Committee of the Presbytery of Kincardine & Deeside, all Ministers have been instructed to:-

1.    Cancel all public services for the foreseeable future.

2.    All church buildings of Drumoak-Durris Church will have to be closed for the time being.

In response to these instructions:-

1.    The Minister will upload worship resources for this coming Sunday onto the church website.

2.    We shall continually be reviewing the situation, and making any necessary adjustments.
