DRUMOAK-DURRIS CHURCH

Message From Rev Tony Stephen, Interim Moderator For Drumoak-Durris Church

My name is Tony Stephen and during the vacancy at Drumoak-Durris Church it has been a privilege to be the Interim Moderator. A rota of talented people have been doing a great job of looking after Sunday worship, and the life of the church in the parish. You have been encouraging and supportive to all who have been involved during this time. Can I say thank you on their behalf.

As you may be aware by now this is a time of change in the Church of Scotland right across the country, and as a response to that the Kirk Sessions and Congregations of Peterculter and Drumoak-Durris agreed on September 23rd to become a united parish as from November 1st. The united congregation will simply be known as Peterculter Church of Scotland and will be seeking to call a new Minister for the new enlarged parish.

Please visit the Peterculter Parish Church website here for more information.
